During the two-hour class you will understand why you need to breathe properly and how you will use it specifically for your birth. You will practice breathing and relaxing, with your childbirth in mind. You will also learn some positions for labour.
The class is designed for you at any stage of your pregnancy, regardless of the number of children you may have had . It is open to everyone, whether you have no clue or want to consolidate your knowledge about breathing techniques.
You will be provided with all the tools to practice at home and give birth serenely.
